Job Description

Gender: Male/ Female

Vacancy: 04

Workplace: Office

Salary: 15,000 – 20,000 BDT(Negotiable)

Compensation and Other Benefits:

Attractive salary + sales commission + other benefits.

Salary Review: Yearly

Festival Bonus: 2

At least, 3 years of successful experience in the relevant field.

1. Making designs using AutoCAD

2. Preparation of draft designs and diagrams as per given specifications

3.Coordinating and collaborating with designers, constructors and engineers on projects

4. Preparing architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing design

5. Modifications to make design changes and enhancements

6. Finalizing the AutoCAD model

7. Preparing new designs by modifying existing designs

8. Prepare design files and documentation

9. Completion of work report within specified time frame

10. To participate in the training organized by the official

11. Making phone calls and on-site visits to clients for special needs model presentation and other work

•Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role

•Good communication skill in English & Bangla

•Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Internet / email)

•Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

Diploma in Engineering
